All software is delivered for self-hosting by the customer and is not operated or monitored by Sheathe.ai.

3. License & Usage

Upon purchase, Sheathe.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with your selected plan. You may not:

• Resell or sublicense the software without written permission
• Reverse engineer or modify the code except as allowed by open-source components
• Use the software for unlawful activities or violate applicable regulations

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining the Sheathe.ai software within your infrastructure. This includes:

• Managing user access and data routing
• Ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulatory requirements
• Securing your infrastructure and API keys

5. Payment & Subscription

Certain features require payment via subscription. All prices and billing terms are presented at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method.

Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property

Sheathe.ai retains all rights, title, and interest in its software, documentation, trademarks, and branding. Except where otherwise noted, all content on the website is the property of Sheathe.ai.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
